Your Price Is Confirmed Before We Roll
Before confirming your appointment, we will ask for the service address, appointment time, number of signers, and estimated number of notarial acts. You will receive an estimated total before agreeing to the appointment.
Important Pricing Information
Document readiness: Documents should be complete and ready for notarization. Ready Set Notary does not prepare legal documents or provide legal advice.
Valid identification: Each signer must present acceptable, current identification and must personally appear before the notary.
Parking and tolls: Required paid parking, tolls, or unusual access costs may be added only after being disclosed.
Unable to notarize: Travel and waiting charges may still apply if a notarization cannot proceed because a signer lacks identification, is unavailable, is unwilling, or cannot demonstrate awareness and willingness.
Cancellation: Appointments canceled after travel has begun may be charged the applicable travel portion of the quoted appointment.
Custom assignments: Large document packages, business contracts, loan-signing assignments, and unusually long appointments require a custom quote.
